Week 13/52
Originally uploaded by Swifty. It's Opening Weekend! Most of America slept through the two Boston/Oakland games in Japan but this weekend is the big weekend! The Mets play in the Civil Rights Game tomorrow in Memphis (Heather is there, I am jealous) and then the Nats open their new ballpark against Atlanta Sunday night.
It's been a loooooooong off-season for baseball fans (Mets fans in particular) and I cannot wait to see what this season will bring.
This was one of those rare times that the photo turned out exactly as I'd envisioned when I set it up. Yay!
Oh, also, many thanks to everyone for the comments re: Wired & checking out my other photos.
